Effective Date: April 25, 2026

1. Services Provided

Winnipeg Foundation Crack Repair provides professional foundation assessment, crack injection, and basement waterproofing services within the Province of Manitoba.

2. Estimates

All on-site inspections are provided free of charge. Written quotes are valid for a period of 60 days unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to revise quotes if hidden structural damage is discovered during the repair process that was not visible during initial inspection.

3. Warranty

Every repair we install is backed by a written workmanship warranty. The specific coverage period and terms are provided in writing with your estimate and on the final invoice. Warranty coverage applies to the specific injected crack or waterproofing system installed and does not cover new cracks that develop elsewhere in the foundation due to future structural movement or soil expansion.

4. Property Access

Homeowners must provide reasonable access to the repair area. This includes moving furniture or personal items that block the foundation wall where repairs are scheduled.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we use the highest industry standards, foundation repair involves interaction with aging or damaged structures. We are not liable for incidental damage to drywall or flooring required to access the concrete foundation wall.
